Fitness Suite User Guidlines
All members of our Fitness Suite should follow the guidelines listed below.
ADMISSION CRITERIA
- All users must have undergone an induction prior to using the Fitness Suite
- All users must be members of the High Life scheme, either an all inclusive or a pay-as-you-go member Details of this scheme are available from reception
- All members must report to reception before entering the Fitness Suite
DRESS CODE
- Due to Health and Safety reasons appropriate clothing and footwear should be worn at all times
- Open toe shoes, sandals and heels are not allowed to be worn in the Fitness Suite
- Denim clothing and jeans are not permitted, sports wear or casual clothing is required
- Shirts must be worn at all times and users are reminded that there is to be no changing within the fitness suite, please use the changing rooms provided.
ETIQUETTE
- To ensure a comfortable atmosphere for everyone, please be courteous and respectful to others, foul and abusive language is unacceptable
- For hygiene reasons please wipe down each piece of equipment after use using the cleaning materials provided
- During busy periods or if someone is waiting please limit the use of each C.V machine to 15mins
- It may be necessary to limit your workout to a maximum of 45 mins.
GENERAL INFORMATION
- Personal belongings are to be secured in the lockers provided either in the changing rooms or Fitness Suite. Please do not leave any belongings on the fitness suite floor
- Only water/juice in a re-sealable bottle will be permitted in the Fitness Suite
- If you require assistance with any of the equipment, music system, televisions or air conditioning speak to a member of staff. Some equipment has fixed settings so please do not try and adjust these yourself.
