Fitness Suite

This state-of-the-art, fully air-conditioned facility offers a fantastic range of equipment combined with helpful and professional advice from highly trained staff. With individual LCD televisions fitted to the majority of our cardio-vascular equipment, giving you a wide choice of channels to watch whilst you exercise, this fitness suite offers a training experience second to none. Fitness Suite Inductions
All customers must complete a gym induction here at the Leisure Centre before they are permitted to use the fitness suite. This induction only allows you to use the equipment here at Dingwall Leisure, so please check other leisure centres' policies before going there.

Under 16’s Inductions
Under 16’s are welcome to use the fitness suite at any time with the exception of Monday to Friday 5.30pm-8.30pm, which are dedicated adult sessions.
 
Inductions for under 16’s take place on the first Saturday of every month 2.30pm-3.15pm.
 
For an under 16 to use the fitness suite a carer must be present with them during the induction and at all times when using the fitness suite. Please note that the under 16’s induction does not allow the carer to use the fitness suite, a full induction must be completed before use.

Fitness testing/assessments and personal programmes are available through our personal training instructor.
